A species-matched milk replacer for marmosets and tamarins, formulated to the composition of callitrichid milk rather than adapted from a domestic animal formula. This is specialist stock - it is used by zoos, primate collections and licensed carers, not by general pet owners.
It is a special order line in the larger sizes, so allow for lead time. If you are hand rearing an infant primate you should already be working with a veterinarian experienced in the species; formula alone does not carry a marmoset through the first weeks.
Sizes
- 2kg - a single hand-rearing case.
- 5kg - collections rearing regularly.
Feeding
Mix fresh at each feed to the concentration on the pack and warm to body temperature. Weigh the infant daily - weight gain is the only reliable indicator that a rearing formula is working.
