Cleanse is the everyday shampoo in the Woof & Meow range — the one for a normal wash on a healthy coat, as opposed to Gentle (sensitive skin, puppies and kittens) or Hydrate (dry, dull coats).
If the animal has reacted to a wash before, start with Gentle instead. Washing more often than about once a month strips coat oils regardless of which shampoo you use.

Use
Wet the coat through, work the shampoo in, and rinse until the water runs clear — residue is a common cause of post-bath itching. Keep out of eyes and ears.
