Two Nano domes joined in one housing, each with its own cord and in-line switch, rated to 40W per side. The independent switching is what makes it useful — you can run a daylight lamp on one side and a ceramic heat emitter on the other, and put them on separate timers, from a single fixture sitting on a small enclosure.
