NRG Team is an Australian manufacturer of feeding, grooming and skin-care products for horses, with a small companion range for dogs. The line splits into three groups: feed supplements (apple cider vinegar, cider vinegar with garlic, calcium), coat and mane care (No-Nots detangler, GlossArena, Proplaits, Bright White, goats milk shampoo and conditioner), and protection (Pink Noze zinc cream and powder, Pro-Tect barrier cream, Stride hoof dressing, Bitter Biter and Bitter Tails anti-chew).
Choosing a size — the liquids come in 500mL through to 20L. The 20L drums of apple cider vinegar and the 17kg calcium are working-stable sizes and are heavy to freight; for one or two horses the 1L and 1.8kg packs usually last a season. The dog products (Doggie Pink Noze, Doggie No-Nots, Doggie Bitter Biter) are the same formulations in smaller packs, so there is no need to buy the horse size for a dog.
Bitter Biter is a paint for timber and hard surfaces. Bitter Tails is a spray for manes and tails. They are not interchangeable — check which surface you are treating before ordering.
