Six assorted plastic plants in one pack, in a single height per pack: 10cm, 20cm or 30cm. A quick way to go from a bare tank to a planted-looking one, and better value per plant than the larger single pieces in the range.

Two honest caveats. The assortment is mixed and not specified, so you take what comes rather than choosing varieties. And plastic foliage is stiffer than the silk-style plants elsewhere in the range — it holds its shape well but does not drift in the current the same way.

Care

Rinse under warm running water before the plants go in the tank. Every few months, lift them out and swish them in a bucket of old tank water to shift the algae film that settles on any decor — never use soap or detergent.

Worth knowing

Artificial plants do not take up nitrate or oxygenate the water the way live plants do. They are for structure, cover and looks — your filter and water changes still do the work.
