An insect-protein gel diet for bearded dragons, blue-tongue skinks and small Australian geckos. It is the practical answer to the live-insect problem: no colony to keep alive, no escapees in the laundry, and a fixed nutrient profile rather than whatever the crickets last ate. It will not replace the hunting behaviour live feeders trigger, so most keepers run it as the staple and still offer live insects a couple of times a week.

Feeding Guide
Mix 1 part powder with 2 parts cool water (10g powder + 20ml water makes about 30ml of gel), stir until smooth, pour into a mould and refrigerate to set. Feed 2-3 times weekly as the primary diet, or daily as a supplement. Juveniles take 5-10% of body weight per feeding; adults 3-5%. Keep the powder cool and dry. Made-up gel keeps 3 days refrigerated or about a month frozen.
