A urea block for stock on dry standing feed and stubbles. Urea supplies non-protein nitrogen that lets rumen microbes work on low-quality dry roughage they would otherwise struggle to digest.
Supplied as a single 18kg block.
Urea only helps if there is roughage to work on and adequate energy in the diet. On bare paddocks with nothing left to ferment it does nothing, and it is dangerous on an empty rumen.
Contains urea. Urea is toxic if eaten too quickly. Introduce it to stock that are full rather than hungry, keep clean water available at all times, and never feed urea products to horses.
This is a solid 18kg block. Freight on that weight is unavoidable, so pickup or combining it with the rest of a paddock order is the sensible way to buy it.
