Performance Mix is the working feed in the FeedRite horse range, for horses in regular medium to hard work — competition horses, station horses and horses in consistent training. It carries more energy than MainTain Mix and is aimed at horses whose workload actually uses it.
The honest limitation: a high-energy feed fed to a horse that is not working turns into behaviour problems and weight, not performance. If your horse works two or three times a week, this is not the bag — Leisure Mix is. Match the feed to the work you are actually doing this month, not the season you are planning for.
Supplied as a 20kg bag. FeedRite is Australian-owned and manufactured in Australia.
Feeding
Feed with roughage and split larger rations across two or more feeds a day. Drop the rate on rest days. Feeding rates and the full guaranteed analysis are printed on the bag.
