GREENIES Puppy Dental Dog Treats are the puppy version of the GREENIES chew, made softer than the adult treat so that developing teeth and gums can work through it. Puppies lose and replace teeth through their first months, and a treat sized and textured for an adult jaw is not appropriate during that period.
This is the Teenie size band, for puppies weighing 2 to 7kg, in a 340g pack. Size bands matter more than they look: a treat that is too large is not chewed properly and a treat that is too small can be bolted. Adult sizes and the rest of the range are in GREENIES. More in Dog Treats.
Features
- Softer than the adult chew — formulated for developing teeth and gums.
- Chewy dental texture — the chewing action helps clean teeth and freshen breath.
- Vet developed — formulated with veterinarians and nutritionists.
- Weight-banded — sized to the puppy so it is chewed rather than swallowed.
Feeding Guide
Feed one treat daily as part of the puppy's routine, and reduce the main meal to allow for the extra calories. Supervise chewing and keep fresh water available. Not suitable for puppies under six months or under 2kg.
