UniversalFit is a pair of adjustable stainless steel rails that let a HeliaLux bar sit over an aquarium that is not a Juwel. HeliaLux is designed to drop into a Juwel top frame; without that frame, this is what holds it.
It is for open tanks only. Juwel states the light unit must not be covered — under a hood or flaps, moisture builds up inside the unit and can damage the electronics, and covered operation voids the warranty. UniversalFit is explicitly designed for use over open aquariums.
Brackets only. No power supply, no controller, and it does not change the length of the light. The 50 to 165 cm figure is the tank span the rails bridge, not the size of the bar — outside that range it will not mount.
