The SBX cabinet built for the Juwel Rio 240 — 121 × 41 × 73 cm, water-repellent surface, handleless push-to-open doors, rated to 450 kg.
Never put a mat or polystyrene under a Juwel tank. The safety base frame in the aquarium spreads the load on its own, and Juwel's instructions are explicit that an underlay must not be used.
Think about the floor before the cabinet. A filled Rio 240 plus the cabinet is well over 300 kg concentrated on 121 × 41 cm. On a suspended timber floor it is worth checking which way the joists run and siting the tank across them rather than along one.
