An underwater camera on a suction mount that live-streams to your phone over Wi-Fi — 720p HD, a 120° view, and a ball joint so you can aim it at the part of the tank you actually care about. Photos and video are taken through the free JUWEL Smart app on iOS or Android, and the feed can be shared with other people.
It is 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only, and that is the thing most likely to trip you up. If your router runs a merged 2.4/5 GHz network you may need to split the bands or temporarily disable 5 GHz to get the camera onto it. There is also no card slot — stills and clips live in the app, not on the camera.

Keep it at least 10 cm from your heater — Juwel is specific about that in the manual. As with anything electrical around a tank, run it from a socket protected by a 30 mA safety switch and unplug in-water equipment before you put your hands in.
