Neigh-Lox combines antacids with a coating agent to neutralise stomach acid and put a protective layer over the stomach lining. It is aimed at horses at risk of gastric ulcers — stabled horses, horses in training, horses that travel a lot. It is a supplement, not a treatment: a horse with diagnosed ulcers needs veterinary medication, and Neigh-Lox works alongside that rather than instead of it.
Available in 2.5kg (22 days) and 12kg (109 days). For the hindgut rather than the stomach, see EquiShure.

Dihydroxy-aluminium sodium carbonate, aluminium phosphate and lecithin.
