Troppo Salts is the tropical-climate electrolyte — concentrated, with a higher potassium ratio than a standard mix, plus L-arginine, zinc, vitamin E and vitamin C. Kohnke's Own designed it for horses living and working through Queensland and Northern Territory heat and humidity, where sweat losses are heavier and go on for longer. In temperate conditions the lighter Cell-Salts is the right product; Troppo Salts is deliberately stronger.
Available in 2kg and 5kg packs and a 15kg bucket. The coated formula is designed to be gentler on the stomach than raw salts. As with any electrolyte, the horse needs unrestricted clean water.

Feeding Guide
Daily dose rates vary with bodyweight, workload and the rest of the ration. Follow the rate printed on the pack, and introduce any new supplement gradually over several days.
Kohnke's Own does not publish per-dose electrolyte figures online. The guaranteed analysis is printed on the pack. Always provide unrestricted clean water when feeding electrolytes.
