KONG Daily is a plush rolled-up newspaper about 90 cm long, and the roll is the whole idea: strapped shut with a hook-and-loop closure it works as a squeaky tug toy, and unrolled it becomes an extra-long, floppy thing to thrash and shake. Six squeakers are spread through it, so a grab anywhere gets a reaction, and crinkle film in the pages adds a second noise. One side is soft plush, which is why plenty of dogs end up asleep on it.
