The KONG Scampers Lemur is a quilted plush character with a low-tone squeaker — a deeper, less shrill sound than a standard plush toy, which suits dogs that ignore high-pitched squeaks (and owners who cannot stand them). The quilted, lined construction holds up better than plain single-layer plush, but it is still a soft toy for light to moderate play: it is not built for a dog that sets out to destuff everything it is given.
