Beach dogs and creek dogs need a tug toy that does not turn into a sodden sponge, and the KONG Wet Wubba is built for exactly that: a neoprene wetsuit-fabric cover over the familiar Wubba body and long floppy tails, in bright assorted colours that stay visible against water. It floats high on the surface, so a throw that lands short is still retrievable, and it sheds water quickly once the swim is over. Stocked here in Large and Xlarge for tug, fetch and throw sessions in and out of the water.

Size and materials

Two sizes are stocked: Large at roughly 220 g and Xlarge at roughly 310 g. The cover is neoprene, the same fabric used for wetsuits, over the standard Wubba shape. Colours are assorted, so the one supplied may differ from the photo. Rinse the salt or chlorine out after a swim and hang it to dry, supervise play, and retire the toy once the fabric or stitching gives way.
