Compressed Australian pasture hay in a 2kg pack for rabbits, guinea pigs and other small herbivores. Pasture hay is the everyday forage — lower in calcium and protein than lucerne, which is what you want for a healthy adult animal fed hay all day.
Cubes store and handle better than a loose bale, but they do not let an animal pull and shred the way long-strand hay does, and that behaviour matters for both teeth and boredom. Most keepers use cubes as part of the hay supply, not all of it.
For growing, pregnant or underweight animals, Lucerne & Oaten is the richer option.
