NexGard Spectra For Very Large Dogs 30.1-60kg (Red)

NexGard Spectra for Very Large Dogs is the red pack, dosed for dogs from 30.1 - 60 kg bodyweight - Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Ridgebacks and other big breeds. It is one beef-flavoured chew given monthly, covering fleas, ticks, mites, lice, heartworm and intestinal worms, which keeps a large dog's parasite routine to a single monthly step. PeekAPaw has it in 3 pack and 6 pack, with four smaller bands also in the range. This is the top band in the range, so dogs over 60 kg need veterinary advice on dosing rather than a guess at a combination.

About flea tapeworm

Effective flea control with NexGard Spectra prevents new infestations. To treat an existing infestation, a product registered to treat flea tapeworm should be administered (e.g., ParaGard Allwormer for Dogs).

Active ingredients

Each chew contains 150 mg afoxolaner and 30 mg milbemycin oxime.

Safety and precautions

• Safe for puppies from 8 weeks of age and 1.35 kg bodyweight.
• Safe to use in breeding, pregnant and lactating females.
• Not affected by bathing, swimming or shampooing.
• To minimise the risk of tick paralysis, daily searching and removal of ticks is still required.
