Pony Meal is the Perrys bag scaled for ponies and small horses. Ponies are not small horses when it comes to feeding — they are generally better doers, they gain weight far more easily, and a ration built for a 500kg horse is a fast route to a fat pony.
Even so, most ponies on decent pasture need less hard feed than owners expect, and some seasons they need none. Feed to condition score and drop the rate when the grass comes away in spring.
Full-sized horses in light to medium work are better on Horse Meal.

Feeding
Feed with roughage — pasture, hay or chaff. Introduce over 7 to 10 days. Feeding rates and the full analysis are printed on the bag.
