Opium Serenade is the heavier, warmer fragrance in the Pooches N Cream deodoriser range, in a 500ml spray bottle. Same job as the others — freshening a coat between baths — with a scent that lingers longer than the lighter options.
That is worth knowing before you buy. A stronger fragrance suits people who want the effect to last past the afternoon, and irritates people who find scented pet products overpowering in a small house. If you are not sure, the lighter Fantasia Bloo comes in a 125ml bottle you can try first.
A deodoriser covers odour; it does not clean. A dog that consistently smells strong needs its skin, ears and teeth checked rather than more spray.
How to use
- Spray from about 20cm onto a clean, dry coat
- Work through with your hands or a brush
- Avoid the face, eyes and inside the ears
Patch test on sensitive skin and stop if the skin reacts.
