A hand rearing formula for chicks, mixed with warm water and fed by syringe or spoon. Hand rearing is unforgiving of small mistakes: formula that is too cool causes crop stasis, too hot burns the crop, and too thin leaves a chick underfed while its crop looks full. If you have not done it before, get a breeder or an avian vet to walk you through the first few feeds rather than learning on the bird.

Features
- 750g for one or two chicks, 1.5kg for a breeding season
- Mixes with warm water to the consistency the pack specifies for the chick's age
- Check crop emptying between feeds — do not feed on top of a full crop
Feeding Guide
Follow the pack directions for water ratio, temperature and feed frequency by age. Make up each feed fresh and discard leftovers. Sterilise syringes and utensils between feeds.
Ingredient panel and analysis are printed on the pack. ProBird does not publish them online, so we have not reproduced them here.
