For most homes the 1.5kg is the sensible buy: one kitten will be ready to move onto adult food long before a 6kg bag is empty, and the 6kg only makes sense for a litter or a foster carer. Broccoli, spinach, kale and alfalfa go in alongside chicory and yucca. If you already feed an adult cat the chicken recipe, note that this is a separate kitten product and the two bags look alike, so check the label before you scoop.

Feeding a kitten
