Calm Paste is a single-dose syringe for a horse facing a specific stressful event — a float trip, the farrier, a busy showground. It is not a daily behaviour supplement, and Ranvet is explicit that it should not be given for more than three consecutive days ahead of an event. A horse that is reactive every day is better served by a daily powder.
