A battery-operated ultraviolet torch with 21 UV LEDs that makes pet urine fluoresce, fresh or long dried. It is how you find the marks behind the lounge, along the skirting or on the underside of a rug that you can smell but cannot see — and how you check afterwards whether you actually got all of it.
It detects only. It does not clean. The torch has no cleaning action of any kind: it shows you where the mess is, and you then treat those spots with a cleaner. Pair it with the Urine Destroyer for urine that has soaked into carpet backing, or the Home Stain & Odour Remover for everyday accidents. For sealed hard floors use the Hard Floor formula.
Two practical notes. It works best with the room darkened — in daylight you will see very little, so do the sweep at night or with the curtains drawn. And it takes 3 x AAA batteries, which are not included.

How to Use
- Fit 3 x AAA batteries.
- Darken the room as much as you can.
- Sweep the light slowly across carpet, rugs, furniture and skirting boards.
- Mark the spots that glow.
- Treat each one with the appropriate cleaner, following that product's directions.
- Replace the batteries when the light dims.
