The flagship post in the SmartCat range: a tall sisal column on a weighted base, in natural or grey. Two things make a post get used — it has to be tall enough for a full stretch, and it must not rock when the cat pulls on it. Most cheap posts fail on one or both, which is why the cat goes back to the sofa.
At 8kg it is heavy to move around, and it takes up a corner. If floor space is the constraint, the wall-mounted Sky Climber or the Over-the-Door climber do the same job differently.
Colours
- Natural — undyed sisal and base
- Grey — the same post in a darker finish
