The condenser fan motor. A chiller that runs but never quite reaches setpoint, and is warm to the touch across the back, has usually lost airflow — either a blocked filter or a motor that has seized or lost speed. Check the air filter first, since it costs nothing.
The T30 and T60 motor is supplied without a fan blade.
Fitment
- TK500 / TK1000 (5W) — the small 5W motor used in both cabinets.
- TK2000 — the TK2000 motor.
- T30 / T60 (40–120W) — for the T30 and T60 range. Fan blade not included.
- 230V 10W — the 10W motor supplied as a service part.
Fan motors are mains-wired. If you are not comfortable working inside the cabinet with the unit isolated from power, have a refrigeration technician fit it.
