Curabine is a combine dressing — an absorbent core inside a non-woven, low adherent, tubular soft cover. It is the layer that goes against a wet or discharging wound, where the low adherent face means the dressing lifts off at the next change instead of pulling the healing surface with it.
Supplied on a roll so you cut what the wound needs rather than working around a fixed pad size, and individually wrapped to keep the roll clean between uses. It is absorbent padding, not a sterile primary dressing for a surgical site — for that, follow your vet's instructions.
Sizes
- 30cm x 3.2m — wide roll, for body wounds and large areas
- 20cm x 10m — long roll, better value per metre for repeat dressing changes
Hold it in place with ValuWRAP cohesive bandage. See also the gauze and cotton wool roll.
