Vet's Best Ear Relief Wash & Dry Kit is a two-step routine for dogs whose ears get greasy, waxy or itchy between grooms — floppy-eared and swimming breeds in particular. The wash loosens and floats debris out of the canal; the dry solution then takes the residual moisture out, which matters because a damp canal is what lets trouble start in the first place. It is a cleaning routine, not a medicine. If the ear is already inflamed, ulcerated, bleeding or sore to touch, or if there is a possible eardrum problem, stop and see a vet before putting anything in it.
Supplied as a 118ml kit. For light upkeep between washes, the Ear Relief Finger Wipes do the outer ear without the wet step.
Benefits
- Wash then dry — the second step is the part most single-bottle cleaners skip, and it is what stops the canal staying damp.
- Alcohol-free and non-stinging — so a dog that has already had a sore ear will let you do it again.
- Tea tree, clove oil, chamomile and aloe vera — plant-based, with aloe to settle irritated skin.
- Stretches out grooming visits — useful for breeds that need the ears done more often than the coat.
How to Use
Apply the wash to the ear, massage the base of the ear for several seconds, then let your dog shake and wipe the flap clean. Follow with the dry solution. External use only — do not use in a punctured or bleeding ear.
