A replacement fan for the Repti Fogger. The fan is what moves the fog the ultrasonic transducer produces out through the hose and into the enclosure — so the symptom of a failing fan is a unit that is clearly generating fog inside the base but delivering very little of it where you want it.
When you need one
- The fogger is running and misting internally, but little or no fog reaches the enclosure.
- Output has dropped noticeably with a clean transducer and a full bottle.
- The unit has become noisier than it used to be.
Before you replace it
Rule out the simpler causes first: a mineral-coated transducer plate, a kinked or blocked hose, and a bottle that is not seated properly all produce similar symptoms. If the transducer is coated, the replacement transducer plate is the part you want.
