Proudi cat food comes as frozen raw patties, twelve 90g patties to a 1.08kg box, in lamb, red combo, kangaroo and beef, and turkey and chicken, plus a turkey and beef recipe for kittens. As in the dog range, each patty is at least 97% muscle meat, organ and finely ground bone with 3% vitamins and minerals, with taurine added — cats cannot make enough of it themselves and a raw diet has to supply it.

The kitten patty is the one worth understanding before you choose. At 16.7% crude fat it is the richest Proudi makes, which is what growing kittens and nursing queens need. Proudi state it meets nutrient levels for kittens and adult cats, so there is no forced changeover at twelve months; move an adult down when its condition says so, not on its birthday. For adults with a suspected sensitivity, the single-protein lamb patty is the simplest starting point.

One 90g patty is not automatically a day's food. Cats are usually fed a higher share of body weight than dogs, so check the per-patty calorie figure on each product page and adjust. Thaw only what you need in the fridge, keep the rest frozen, and treat a thawed patty like raw meat for people. Proudi is pickup only, because the patties have to stay frozen.
