Simparica is Zoetis's monthly sarolaner chew for dogs. One liver-flavoured chew kills fleas, paralysis ticks and brown dog ticks and treats sarcoptic mange, demodicosis and ear mites for 35 days. Six weight bands cover dogs from 1.3kg to 60kg, each in a 3 or 6 chew pack.
Choosing a pack — the 35 day duration is longer than a calendar month, which is what makes a monthly reminder reliable. Simparica is not a wormer: heartworm and intestinal worms still need a separate product such as Interceptor Spectrum or Neomax Allwormer.
Registered for dogs from 8 weeks of age and over 1.3kg. In paralysis tick areas keep searching your dog daily — no product removes that need.
- Interceptor Spectrum — the wormer half of the pair
- Neoveon Plus — flea and tick cover as a spot-on
