ZamiPet's probiotic range is the High Strength Probiotics+ line: 1.2g single-serve powder sachets, 30 to a pack, that stir straight through a meal. Each serve delivers 2 billion CFU, plus a postbiotic and the prebiotic inulin, so it covers all three parts of a gut blend rather than live strains alone. It is Australian owned and made, and formulated by veterinarians.
There are two sachets and they are not interchangeable, because the strain sets differ. Gut Protect runs seven strains aimed at the gut lining and at digestive upsets: a course of antibiotics, a change of diet, a boarding stay. Relax & Calm runs four strains chosen for dogs showing signs of anxiety, working through the gut rather than sedating.
Worth knowing before you choose: Complete Care Multi contains the prebiotic inulin but no live probiotic strains, so it is not a substitute here. The sachet format also suits any dog that spits chews out, since the dose is already measured and there is nothing to break or weigh. These are supplements rather than treatments, so diarrhoea running past a day or two, or a dog going off its food, is a reason to see your vet.
