A middle-of-the-road gel diet for reptiles that eat both plants and animals — bearded dragons, blue-tongue skinks and water dragons. At 45% protein and 25-28% carbohydrate it sits between the Carnivore and a pure salad, which is where most adult omnivores should be. Growing juveniles that need more protein are better served by the Insectivore diet.
