A spray on bandage for horses has to stay put on a moving animal in a dusty yard, and in-Silver from EAC Animal Care is applied by shaking the can, cleaning the area first and spraying on a thin layer that dries to a film. PeekAPaw stocks it in the single 75g size. The manufacturer lists it for horses, dogs, cats, poultry and other farm animals, and states that it contains "no sulfa" and no antibiotics, which is why it is described as suitable for animals intended for consumption. It is water-resistant rather than waterproof, and it washes off with warm soapy water. It can be applied over other topical ointments. This is a product for minor, superficial areas on an otherwise well animal: it is not intended for deep, infected, open, draining or complex wounds, and it is for veterinary use only, so read the full warnings below before you buy.
