in-Take is a feed and water enhancer for horses, stocked at PeekAPaw in 250ml and 1L bottles. It is stevia based, carries an aniseed and liquorice flavour, and does one job well: it keeps the taste of feed and water consistent when everything else about a horse's routine is changing. That is usually a float trip to a competition where the water tastes nothing like the water at home, a switch to a new feed brand, or a fussy eater picking at the bucket. Added at 10 to 50ml per feed, or per 5 litres of water, it gives the horse the same familiar flavour wherever it happens to be standing. The manufacturer positions in-Take as a molasses replacement, and the published ingredient list is short: water, stevia, natural aniseed flavour, potassium sorbate and citric acid. It contains zero sugars and no carbohydrates.
