A dome fixture with an unusually deep polished aluminium reflector that extends past the face of most bulbs, which is what lets Exo Terra claim up to 100% more light, UVA and UVB reaching the animal compared with a bare bulb. It is the fixture Exo Terra specifies for its own glass terrariums, where the Glow Light clamp lamp is not suitable. Watch the wattage rating — the dome is built for compact fluorescent and moderate incandescent bulbs, not for high-wattage heat globes.
Three sizes in stock. Exo Terra rates the dome at a maximum of 26W for compact fluorescent bulbs; for incandescent bulbs the limit is 75W on the small dome and 150W on the large, so check the label on your unit before fitting a basking globe.
