It is a lamp, not a heater: a fluorescent UVB bulb of this type contributes essentially no basking heat, so budget for a separate heat source.
Two wattages, 13W and 25W, self-ballasted screw base. If your animal is a tropical species step down to the Reptile UVB100; a standard desert setup is usually served by the UVB150. The linear equivalent is the Reptile UVB200 T8 tube, and for the highest output in this store the UVB300 T5 VHO is the T5 option.
