The right-hand replacement glass door for the Exo Terra Paludarium PT2609, the 90 x 45 x 90cm model and the largest in the Paludarium range. The pane comes already fitted in its frame and lifts onto the original hinge pins with no drilling or packing. Only the right-hand door is available here — if it is the left one you have broken, contact us before ordering.
Paludarium, not Natural Terrarium. Exo Terra used the PT2609 code for both an all-glass Natural Terrarium and a Paludarium on the same footprint. A Paludarium has a watertight section at the base for an aquatic zone, so its door is shorter and sits above that section. The two are not interchangeable. If your enclosure has no built-in water compartment, you want the Natural Terrarium PT2609 door instead — that one is the taller of the two, at over 3kg against this door's 2.67kg.
Which side is right? Stand square in front of the enclosure and look at it head-on. The door hinged on your right-hand side is the Right door. The two doors are mirror images and neither can be turned over to suit the other side.
The smaller Paludarium doors are listed separately: PT2606, 45 x 45 x 90cm and PT2608, 60 x 45 x 90cm. The rest of the range is in our Exo Terra collection.
Features
- Direct fit — the frame matches the original hinge pins, so no drilling or modification is needed.
- Glass supplied fitted — the pane comes mounted in its frame, ready to hang.
- Cut for the water section — shorter than the Natural Terrarium door of the same model code, so it clears the aquatic zone at the base.
- Right-hand only — check the hinge side from the front of the enclosure before you order.
