Poseidon Animal Health Digestive EQ Gut Health Supplement for Horses

DigestiveEQ is Poseidon's foundation gut supplement — a combined fore and hindgut formula for pleasure horses and horses in low to moderate work. It targets the everyday signs of an unsettled gut: soft manure, recurring colic, anxious or spooky behaviour, a dull coat and poor hoof quality. If your horse is in hard competition work or recovering from a significant digestive setback, Digestive HP is the stronger build of the same base — there is no benefit in feeding both.

Five pack sizes: 4kg sachet, 4kg tub, 10kg bag, 17.5kg bucket and 25kg bag. The tub and bucket are resealable and easier to scoop from; the sachet and bag are the cheaper way to buy the same powder if you already have a feed bin. Browse more Horse Supplies.

Benefits

• Fore and hindgut cover — buffers the stomach while supporting the microbial population further down the tract.
• Mycotoxin binding — includes Elitox, which matters most for horses on stored feed or variable pasture.
• Suits metabolic horses — Poseidon lists it as safe for metabolic horses and for pregnant and lactating mares.
• Amino acid support — L-threonine, L-glutamine, L-proline and L-serine for the gut lining.

Ingredients

Red marine algae, lucerne leaf meal, magnesium oxide, Elitox mycotoxin binder, L-threonine, yeast culture (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), L-glutamine, magnesium hydroxide, carbohydrase enzymes, L-proline, L-serine.
