Vet's Best Triple Headed Toothbrush has three bristle heads arranged in a U so they close around the tooth, cleaning the outer face, the inner face and the biting surface in one stroke. That matters in practice because most dogs will only sit still for twenty or thirty seconds, and a normal single-headed brush spends most of that time on the cheek side alone. The handle is long enough to reach the back molars, where tartar actually starts, and textured so it does not slip in a wet hand.

Supplied as a single brush. It needs a pet toothpaste — never human toothpaste, which contains fluoride and often xylitol and is not safe for a dog to swallow. Pair it with Vet's Best Dental Gel Toothpaste, or buy the two together as the Dental Care Kit for Dogs.

Features

  • Three heads in one pass — covers all three tooth surfaces in the short window your dog will tolerate.
  • Textured comfort grip — keeps control when your hand and the brush are both wet.
  • Reaches the back teeth — the upper carnassials, where tartar builds first.
  • Soft bristles — the gum line is the point of brushing, so the bristles have to be gentle enough to work along it.

How to Use

Brush several times a week, angling the bristles into the gum line. Daily is better than weekly, and thirty honest seconds is better than a wrestling match. Replace the brush every few months or when the bristles splay.
