Stockhealth is an Australian supplier of bulk livestock supplements, best known for its traditional apple cider vinegar. The range we carry is short and deliberate: apple cider vinegar, the same vinegar with garlic, and cold pressed flax oil, all in bulk sizes for horses, cattle, sheep, goats and poultry.
The thing to check before you compare prices is strength. Stockhealth's vinegar is a traditional double strength preparation at 8% acidity, unpasteurised and with added Vitamin B1. Most cider vinegars sold for horses are 4%. That means a litre of Stockhealth is roughly two litres of a standard product, and comparing bottle-for-bottle will make it look expensive when it is not. It also means you should not substitute it litre-for-litre in an existing feeding routine.
The cold pressed flax oil is a different proposition — a bulk omega-3 oil fed for coat condition and cool energy. Flax oil degrades in heat and light, so buy the size you will actually get through.
