Calcium-bound food blocks that release slowly over roughly seven days, for the weekend or the week away. The binder dissolves gradually rather than dumping food into the tank, so the water stays clear.
An honest limit: a vacation block covers a short absence in an established, stable tank. It is not a substitute for a fish sitter over a long holiday, and in a small unfiltered betta tank the safer plan for anything beyond a week is someone dropping in to feed and change water.
Ingredients
Fish meal, wheat flour, squid meal, soybean meal, krill meal, fish oil, shrimp meal, plus added vitamins and minerals, in a calcium binder.
Guaranteed Analysis
Crude protein (min) 3.5%, crude fat (min) 0.4%, crude fibre (max) 4.0%, moisture (max) 18.0%, calcium 25–29%.
Feeding Guide
Use one block per betta. Drop it in immediately before you leave, and do a water change when you return. Do not add a block on top of normal feeding — it is a replacement, not a supplement.
Everyday betta food: Marina Betta pellets.
