Small protein-rich pellets sized for a betta's mouth, in a pack that converts into a shaker so you can tap out a few pellets at a time rather than tipping. That matters more than it sounds — overfeeding is the most common cause of fouled water in a small betta tank.
Set expectations on size: 2.5 g is a starter or top-up quantity, the sort of thing that comes with a new tank. If you keep bettas regularly you will get through it quickly.
Feeding — feed only what the fish will finish in a couple of minutes and remove anything uneaten. The pack carries the manufacturer's feeding directions; we have not reproduced a dose here because none is published outside the packaging.
