Boundr is West Paw's hollow-core fetch ball, and it is stocked in two quite different formats: a Small two-pack at 2.5 inches, or a single Large at 3 inches. The hollow shell is the whole point of it. It squashes under a bite and springs back, so a dog gets the chomp-and-release feedback a solid rubber ball never gives, and it stays light enough to throw a long way by hand. The Small drops into a standard ball thrower. Both sizes float, both go through the dishwasher, and a glow colourway is stocked in each if you tend to walk at dusk. One trade-off is worth knowing before you buy: Boundr is rated for tough chewers, and that hollow wall is necessarily thinner than a solid ball. A dog whose habit is to lie down and grind a ball rather than chase it will get further with a Jive.
