Start with the warning, because Bumi is the West Paw toy most often bought by the wrong owner: it is rated for gentle chewers only. The S-shaped bar is soft and stretchy by design, flexing to about twice its length in a tug-of-war, and that is exactly what makes it good fun for two dogs or for a game across the lounge room floor. The same softness means a determined power chewer will work a hole in it. Buy it for the retriever who carries things gently, the puppy learning to tug, or the older dog who has lost some bite strength. Both sizes are stocked: Small at 20cm for smaller breeds, and Large at 24cm, which gives you enough length to keep hands clear of teeth. Blue, green and orange in each. It floats, so it holds up at the beach, and it is dishwasher safe.
