Teat C is a latex teat with a small nipple, sized for cats, rabbits and carnivorous marsupials.
Within the teats that share this bottle fit, C sits in the middle on nipple size: Teat P is finer and more pointed again for animals that are hard to latch, and Teat LD steps up to a medium nipple for larger animals.
The sleeve fits the Wombaroo Feeding Bottle, or any bottle with an 18–24 mm neck.
Making the hole and feeding
Teats are supplied without a hole. Pierce the tip with a hot needle to make a hole about 1 mm in diameter, then check milk drips slowly from an inverted bottle. For very small animals, pull the teat over the end of a syringe so the plunger controls the flow. Correct feeding technique differs between animals, so guidance should be obtained from experienced carers. Wash in warm soapy water, dry, and store in an airtight container away from light.
